PART ONE: PRIVACY POLICY
1. Information We Collect
When you opt in to our SMS program, we may collect your mobile phone number, name, opt-in date and method, message delivery data, and any responses you send. We do not collect financial information or social security numbers through this program.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to deliver ministry updates, event reminders, and community announcements, and to maintain your communication preferences.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use. We work with trusted SMS providers (such as Twilio) solely to transmit messages on our behalf.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Upon opt-out, your number will be removed from active lists within 10 business days.
5. Your Rights
You may opt out, request correction, or request deletion of your information at any time by replying STOP or emailing dbmcbb@gmail.com.
PART TWO: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Program Name: Crossroads Connection SMS Reminders
Program Description: A nonprofit ministry text messaging program operated by Crossroads Connection Omaha to communicate faith-based information, event reminders, and reentry support updates to consenting subscribers.
How to Opt In: You may opt in by any of the following methods:
- Complete a paper intake form at a Crossroads Connection ministry event — a copy of the form can be viewed at https://crossroadsconnectionomaha.org/sms-opt-in
- Complete our online sign-up form at https://crossroads.joyfilled.in/signup.html
All opt-in methods include an explicit SMS consent checkbox. Consent is not required as a condition of participation in any ministry program or event.
Message Frequency: 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Governing Law: State of Nebraska, Douglas County.
